Trips: The BBC runs trips every weekend, daily trips
during spring
migration, dedicated pelagic trips, and
combined whale watch and pelagic
birding trips.
Guests are always welcome. All trips are listed in our
famous
"Blue Book," which is sent to members three times a year.

Discount on BBC Pelagic Trips: Members
who participate
on BBC sponsored pelagic trips will receive a 15-20%
discount off the fee for the boat. With 5 trips generally
scheduled each year, members participating
in multiple trips could see savings up to $100.

Events: We also hold two or more lecture meetings a year, and
workshops to hone your birding skills. Club members also take part in Christmas
Counts, Biodiversity Days, beach cleanups, and breeding bird censuses.

Rare Bird Hotline:
The BBC Hotline is the way to find
out about
current rarities in the area. To sign up for our Hotline, write to

and tell her whether you wish to subscribe to the email Hotline.

Club members enjoy sharing their birding knowledge
and helping each
other sharpen skills. Meet some of us online on the
