How to
search a PDF file: Find all mentions of a keyword by
selecting the Search image (binoculars) or keying (Shift+Ctrl+F) and then
typing the word you are looking for. With any version of Adobe Acrobat
Reader over 7.0, all examples of this word will appear with a single search.
We therefore recommend use of Adobe Acrobat Reader 7 (or higher).
The Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and available here.
Choosing
between html or pdf files: Since a html file loads faster then
a pdf file, use the html Table of Contents format if you are looking for
a single occurance of your keyword (e.g. a specific year or a specific
title). However, use the pdf files if looking for multiple occurances (e.g.
all the articles written by a specific author or all articles discussing
a specific species). The pdf files will also give you more control over
printing options.
