The 100th Bird Survey
festivities were fabulous and will remain as a pleasant memory. The
feedback from members has been outstanding! The birding at the sanctuary
was excellent with Common Nighthawk, Black-billed Cuckoo, American
Woodcock, Bobolink, Pileated Woodpecker and Barred Owl. |

We relished those "local donuts" with our coffee and tea in the morning,
then savored the beans, the grill items and a delicious cake at our
luncheon! |

Special thanks to Jim and Stina for their energy, experience and
knowledge of the Ipswich River Valley! My personal thanks to Mark,
Laura, Jay, Joe, Linda, Dawn, Marilyn, Robert, Phil, and Janey; all of
your contributions and planning made for a very pleasant day. I'm
grateful to so many members who donated their time, their skills and
their funds! Carol Decker and her Staff at Ipswich River Wildlife
Sanctuary were outstanding in allowing us to use "The Barn" for our
celebration. |
